All calls go to 1 voicemail (set up as bulletin)

Hello,
We have Intuity Audix. Wondering best way to have all calls to all extensions go to a voicemail that's set up as a bulletin. We are moving into another firm - for 3 hours between the time people leave until the numbers get ported over to the other firm's system, we want callers to get a message that we're in the process of moving and to call back later. I know how to set up voicemail as bulletin, but not sure best way to have all calls go to it.
 
Not sure how many extensions you are talking about? The way you are talking about using above will need to have a coverage path to one coverage path for all extensions. Also not sure how many ports you have but they may get busy signals should all you ports become busy. I think i would use and announcement board and have all calls go to it. That would probably up the number of calls you could reach with the message over your VM system and you can still make all calls go to the announcements extension. Also announcements disconnects right after it is played.

For programming this you could try ASA import export utility or maybe even find and replace and make bulk changes.
