How to forward all calls after 5 rings extension transfer to mobile phone number in avaya office
 
@GanGula Use mobile twinning on the extension that is ringing on inbound calls. Make sure in the user settings that you select the checkbox for 'Hunt Group calls eligible for mobile twinning/forwarded calls eligible for mobile twinning'
Also, this would really only work depending on the type of lines you have (Not suitable for POTS/Analogue lines). I have SIP lines and it works well.

There are a few other ways it could be done too but the above was the easiest to explain on the fly.

What tac84 explained is the best answer you will get with such limited information given. You don't explain what kind of trunks you have or how the incoming calls are routed (to an extension directly, to a group, does it go an AA?). You would also need to turn off inhibit offswitch forward/transfer under the system>telephony tab.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
