all calls are received at the RECALL key of the attendant console

Dear all:

i installed a new external voice mail to my Cs1000 system
6 analog extensions hunted in one group and connected to the voice mail
the voice mail is programmed to off hook and answer the call and playing the welcome message then transferring the external calls to the attendant console and disconnect directly
the problem i have is that all the calls that come from the ext. voice mail are received at the recall key of the attendant consoles Not on the LPKs
even if you recreate the scenario : i mean when an analog extension relieve an external call (from analog trunk) when you answer the call and then press flash key and dial (0) attendant console the calls are received at the recall key too.

All calls present to a LPK. The Recall ICI may light up, but the call is definitely coming to a LPK. The LPKs are above the Release Key.

If an extension transfers a call to the Attendant DN, it will light up the Recall ICI. You could try setting the system to transfer to an LDN (you could just make a new LDN for this)

Also check to see that the analog ports have CLS XFA
