Hi all,

I am trying to find information on how to disable completely the internal ALL CALL paging feature.

I am not sure which exact PBX i have, but the manual says NEC DS1000/2000. The phones associated are NEC ASPIRE.

I am aware of two ways to connect to the PBX.
I used to connect directly via terminal, until i was introduced to ULTRAMAIL ADMIN. (not the greatest, but i prefer it than the cmd terminal way).

Either way, does anyone know how to accomplish this?(That is disable ALL CALL INTERNAL PAGING...or even a particular extension).

Thank you in advance :)

Addition:

The side of the PBX reads:

Aspire 8 Slot KSU
IPN1NA-8KSU-A1

Thanks

you are looking for program 31-02-02 or 11-12-19.
31-02-02 you can take out phones from the ALL Page Group
11-12-19 you can take out the code 801 (801 0 is an all page) that people may be dialing to page
It sounds like you do not know how to access your phone system you are in your voice mail with the command or the ultramail admin. you will need to put your computer on the same network as the CPU card in the cabinet then you should be able to use IE to browes to it. Defalt IP is 172.16.0.10 If it is already on the network let me know and i can work you through that as well.

Hi Dears1208..thank you sooo much!!!

Yes, i have the PBX hooked on the Network!

And i have access to Aspire Webpro, I really dont kow where to proceed once i am in the system.

Relavant, but irrelavant: Was i entering, these tasks are not handled via Ultramail, only WEBPRO?

Thank you very much :)

worked like a charm via webpro :

"11-12-19 you can take out the code 801 (801 0 is an all page) that people may be dialing to page"

Thank you VERY VERY much!!!!
