We have a brief power outage (10 seconds) when the audix server came up, voice mail would not work. I noticed that the state of all ports is Foos. I tried busying out the each card as well as channel, but it still comes up as Foos.

Any other ideas to try?

Someone mentioned busying out the extensions...is that done on the Audix box or on my Definity box?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Maybe this depends on the release of Audix you have but we had a similar situation after a reboot. We tried everything and finally out maintenance provider removed the IP programming to Audix in the CM Web page and then put it back, stop/restarted voicemail - channels came back in service (so they said).

Busy out and release the stations of the Audix ports in the PBX.

busy station xxxx

then

release station xxxx

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.
