I want to be able to run a printer alignment test by clicking a button. I need to limit the number of labels printed in order to test printer alignment. How can this be accomplished?

Hi,
This is very simple.

First, create a dummy table (tblLabelTest) with some sample data. For instance, if you are testing 30 labels, then have 30 entries in tblLabelTest.

Second, go to the report wizard, and create labels based on this dummy table (perhaps called rptLabelTest).

Finally, add a command button to your menu system (switchboard??) that will run these test labels.

I would like the Labels to be the a sample of the first ones, maybe 5, that are going to be printed.
