Alignment doesn't work!!!!!!!!

i want to align the text in RichEdit
i write something like that RichEdit1->Alignment=faRightJustify but it doesn't change the appearance of the text. What should i do????????

I haven't used richedit but are You not supposed to SELECT the text and THEN apply the alignement????

Give it a try at least.
