Aligning paypal buttons in a table

Rows 4 and 5 are all lined up perfectly in Dreamweaver CS3.

Yet when viewed in I.E. There is a large space gap below the buttons and the third column / row 4 The button is to the left.

I can't find why this is happening.
 
A lot of cross-browser layout problems are caused by invalid HTML. Have a look at which shows 36 errors and 250 warnings. First and most obvious problem is 'No DOCTYPE' which guarantees that IE will render in quirks mode.

Try applying a full and appropriate doctype, and some of your other errors will go as well, making the rest easier to deal with.
