Does anyone know how to Align objects to the page (or artboard) in InDesign?

I know in Illustrator there is a feature in the Align Pallete that says "Align to Artboard", but this feature seems to be missing from InDesign.

In InDesignCS1 and CS2, Shift-F7 gets you the Align palette as a default keyboard shortcut
In IDCS1, go to Window-Align
in IDCS2 go to Window-Object & Layout-Align
