Is it possible to align two different chunks of text to two different positions? For example, I want the text "hello" to be left aligned, and, at the same time, I would like "goodbye" to be aligned in the center of the same table data. This is using html.

There are quite a few ways of doing this I'd say... as you're using tables already, why not just add another table to the cell you have the "hello goodbye" text in, putting one word per cell, and setting their alignment attributes accordingly?

Hope this helps,
Dan

With two blocks floated next to each other with different alignment, yes it is possible. In just one block... No.
