Our aliases have ceased to function about 3 or 4 days ago. We do a "postmap /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, and we get this (I have truncated, this continues on until line 342:
Code:
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 1: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 2: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 25: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 26: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 27: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 30: expected format: key whitespace value
postmap: warning: /etc/postfix/configs/aliases, line 36: expected format: key whitespace value
Here are the first 36 lines of our aliases file:
Code:
mailer-daemon:root
postmaster:root

WHAT could possibly be causing this to occur? I am at a complete loss.

Thanks,
