Alias Verification Problems

I'm trying to get information on the following:

We have a Pervasive 2000i databases and our vendor has updated many of our primary tables. However, within Crystal Reports 8.5 we are having a problem after the tables were updated.

This is our situation and what has been done so far.

1. We have verified the database.
2. The database shows that it has been verified.
3. When running the report we are getting Data Buffer Errors and Key Not Found errors.
4. Upon viewing the files it was observed that the alias name/tables of the main files were not updated with the additional field information that was installed on the main file.

Our vendor has given us zero help on this except to state that we had to remove the fields from the reports, and the alias file name and then add those fields and alias names back after verification.

This isnot acceptable as I have over 1400 reports right now on one server and an indeterminate amount on my local drive.

Does anyone have some advice?

It sounds to me like they did not provide you with the .ddfs with all the file changes. I would post this in the Pervasive forum, user Mirthiel is very helpful there.
