I cannot see the callers number on the algo. I can see the time, duration etc. but not the number dialed or calling? Do you have any idea?

What's an algo?

CLID is only displayed on T or M series phones. CLID is not passed to analog devices.

algo is a call recording system.

If your getting it on the phones then I would look at the manual for the recording system or call Algo support since it is a 3rd party add on.

4105 or 4210 is the Call Recorder product you most likely have, Algo is the manufacture.
4105 are the single units where 4210's are the server units.
