ALEX problem - (possibly ISINOR) ?

Hi,

I'm having a problem with ALEX,

when I open for the first time, it TAKES ages to load, when I close and reoprn from the ALEX icon, (start browser) loads faster, think all parameters are fine.

Have uninstalled and re-installed, I have several (about 5 or 6) alex libraries.

any ideas ?

Hi

I think Alex should have write permission on sytem TEMP folder.
Did you check that?

it has a temp folder set.

it is on my C drive, so I "assume" it has a write permission
