A friends work computer has the mentioned files that come up as Viruses and are being run through a BAT file on startup. Have run AVG and cannot remove them. Have run Spybot and Adaware, with no luck. Now the machine seems to be locking up with an Fatal Exception error whenever the mouse button is clicked. I'm stumped! The comp is an Compaq and running Win98. BTW:msconfig was no help whatsoever. ???? Any ideas, gang?
