Alert's Title

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to name my alert box on the way top where the website's title usually located. Is that possible or I should just forget about that?

The reason I want to do so because I have many things on a web page that viewer will be able to click to and a js alert popup will describe what it is to him or her. That's why I think it would be nice to name each alert popup which its own title.

If anyone can think of any other way to do so instead of the js alert popup, I'm open for any idea.
