Alerts for when certain numbers are dialed 4

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to have an email alert sent whenever certain numbers are dialed (1111, 2222, 3333, and 4444) that will say what time and who dialed the number. I know you can set this up when someone dials 911 but I was wondering if there was a way to do it with other numbers as well. When any of those numbers are dialed, it plays a page across a number of phones alerting first responders to report to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you can built this in VM pro.

But this take some effort, not te explain in a view minutes.

It depends what version you are on but in later releases you can set a SMTP mail server in IP Office and send system alarms to a email recipient.
One of those system alarms is when a emergency number is dialed.
So declare the numbers you want to be mailed about as emergency numbers in the shortcode list, you find shortcode lists in User settings, in User Rights, in general and in ARS.
I don't know if the above apply to all shortcode lists but it definitely works within the general shortcode list.
It will also show up as a error in System Status
