Hello Everybody,

Using CR10 and CE10...

I have successfully created a report with an Alert that emails staff members and includes a single signon URL so the recipient can view the report without entering CE.

My problem is that regardless of my preferences set - I always get the DHTML viewer - but I want the active x viewer.

I have tried entering this URL:

and even added the " init=ActX " as an after thought but it didn't make any difference. Does anyone know how to change this to Active X?

If it means editing a .csp file - please let me know of the location of the file!

Thanks in Advance!!!!

I've always used and seen it as actx. Could there be case sensitivity?

mdwyer,

Thanks for responding - but no - I've tried using every combination of Upper/Lowercase characters and I still get the DHTML.

Any other ideas? It is driving me nuts!

I did this on a client site and I am sure it was in one of the CSP files. Try have a look in either the files starting with GLOBAL, SETTINGS or VIEWER.CSP..it is there somewhere.

Sorry I cannot provide more info but I don't have access to CE currently!
