Hello all,

I don't know whether I am in the right forum but I have a question about a spam or virus the everytime I startup my laptop, a ALERT! window popup named YOUR COMPUTER'S CLOCK MAY BE INACCURATE. And it said "Click the button to update your systems... yada, yada, yada...", and a fine print said "By clicking OK, you are accepting the terms of the ... , free software that display coupons and contextual offers."

I tried to find it in Startup folder, Add/Remove Control Panel but no luck.

Have you seen this problem b4 and know how to remove it or maybe tell which forum I should go to if this is not the one.

Thanks!

I had this last week, you need to download and run a copy of Adaware (make sure you update it before you run it).

Hope This Helps!

I suggest this software to all with your sort of problems. Go to and download their Bazooka spyware remover. Great tool! I use it constantly here at work. I hope this helps.

I have AD AWARED 6.0 and Norton Antivirus.

I'll download and try Adaware and Bazooka to see how they go.

Thank guys.

Great guys,
I'd be able to remove the ClockSyn out of my computer by using Bazooka.

Good work guys.
