I can not find anything through Google or on Microsoft's website on this error. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

BTW, this started immediately after upgrading Symantec Anti-Virus Corp. Edition from Version 8 to Version 9 along with the System Control Center. However, Symantec does not have anything on this either. It may just be a coincidence as I don't see where IAO.exe has anything to do with Symantec.

Well,

Here's what I found at Microsoft about 7034

The above link is for Windows XP, but this same fix will work on Windows 2003 server or whatever platform you're running on.

As for IAO.exe, that may be the executable file for Symantec Internet Security Suite. Here's a link on the proper way to migrate to version 9. I'd take a gander at it and see if you can find anything that may have gone wrong.

Another article on the above on how to uninstall Symantec 9.x

This may be a way to handle correcting the problem. I cannot find anything that answers just what is causing this error or anyway to correct the problem however.
