Essentially what I would like to do is be able to create a contact record and set an alert to popup on sales rep's screen after I designate who the lead is going to. I can do this now, however, it doesn't popup until the rep actually views the contact record on the screen.
thank you, I know I am a complete newb, but I am the director of sales for a small company and took on the entire task of installation onto the server and setting the entire network up and now I'm just amazed at how in-depth Goldmine can get. Any help is much appreciated.
