Our WC 40 keeps sending the following alerts to our email:

Subject: XRX_0000AA6660AA (9-594.0) Supplies and CRUs Alert Notification

-snipped-
The following status code(s) was raised on 07/17/05 04:31 PM:
(9-594.0) 9-594 06-27 The machine has determined that it is time to reorder a Black Xerographic CRU (Black Drum Cartridge). User intervention is required to reorder a Xerographic CRU to avoid an interruption of print service. Printing can continue.

end-------

we have spare drums on the shelf, so this is not needed, just generating email traffic.
I've looked but can't find a way to acknowledge or somehow stop this message without turning off alerts, since we do want to know when the drum actually expires, or toner runs out etc.

There should be a centrewareIS software program that is accessable by typing in the IP address into the web browser url window. If this comes up look for the alerts setup and disable it.
