Currently I have alert manager configured to send me alerts via email for alerts with a priority level warning or higher. However, I would like change several alerts to the informational priority level so my inbox doesn't get flooded. I found where to change the level and did so, but I am still revceiving the alerts. I did successfully change the text of the alert, so I must be in the correct spot. For now I have disabled several of the alerts and that works. But I would rather just change the priority level. Is this a known probelm? Is there a fix? Thanks in advance.
