I am just curious, are alerts just viewable, or is it possible to make them print when activated?
Any ideas would be appreciated!

They are just Viewable, but using some of the Report Managers listed at: you can schedule "exception" reports and ensure that printing, exporting, and/or e-mailing would occur only when an exception condition exists (more than zero records selected in the report) each time the report runs according to its repetitive schedule.
