ALERT FOR A MLX SET?

Does anyone know if there is a device that can be hooked up to an MLX5D set that will ring or flash when the set is called? and how?

I know the Universal Telephone Alert will work but only on SLT port.

The Multi Function Module (MFM) can be configured for supplemental alert, but isn't designed for the MLX-5D. DO you have the option to install an MLX-10D and then add an MFM?

No.
Customer is too cheap.Does not want to buy a MLX10D set so I don't see him willing to pay for a MFM.

If customer is cheap, then downgrade MLX-5D to an analog set! Supplemental alerts are available from Radio Shack etc. for very little money.

Otherwise, I don't see any good options. Good luck.
