Alert error message (sending to printer)

I've set up alerting on a few of our servers to print summary logs automatically using the rouble ticket option. The last server I've tried it on I can't get it to work - when I try a test send to the printer it errors saying "Unable to create test event [6]" but I can't find this error anywhere. Anyone have a clue what causes it? I can print to the printer fine through the OS.
