Alert Device number 1

I am having an error when trying to enter a number for the Alert Device in the agent skill groups form.

When entered the number and click save, this is the message displayed, "The number specified for the Alert DN is invalid".

I have try several numbers and non of them work, this is also happening in any skill group.
so far only one group have an alert device setup and I am not able to enter any other.

Software: 9.0.3.15
Mitel 3300
