hi all ,
is possible trough an alert in CCC to make a call fall after ,for instance ,8 minutes?
different times of fall for each user make me go mad:(
 
Are you saying you want to configure a Maximum call length on a per agent basis ?. This can be done under a user short code, look in the manager manual under Telephony Number Characters.

CCV does not incorporate this fetaure.

i know i can regulate a call lenght trough a short code but i need to regulate differents lenght call on each user...

i need that each user could receive calls that comes trough different incoming calls,and the call lenght depends by which incoming calls is
