Alchemy VM Pro only playing 1 sec on Queue Message

I have an Alchemy with VM Pro.

In this there is a function like GROUP.ACD.Queue that is supposed to play a wave file and the let you choose 2 options or timeout.

This is suddenly only playing 1 sec of the wav file and then I get dead air. The call seems to get stuck somewhere.

I also have another group that goes to a GROUP.leave that plays the same wav file jsut fine.

Any1 got an idea beside replacing to IPO

On Alchemy VM Pro Q'ing to get put back in the Q there has to be Transfer action to $ACD. It doesn't do it automatically like the IPO.

Thx, only seen this program twice so haven't spent much time in it.

But the real problem is that it don't play the complete wav file. Only about a sec before it cuts.

I have got this working ok on a number of sites.

Is it possible to post the version of VMPro and Alchemy unit and also what you have configured in VMPro.
