Alcatel model 2412

Hi All,

One of my clients has Alcatel 2412 model, which we trying to enable transfer on the but no success. When you try to trasfer a call, a call just cuts off. Secondly I changed Flsh timer from 80 to 1500 but still.
Controller info: CXi 3300 version 4.1sp2 plus ASU II

Does it have a dedicated "transfer" button or are you hitting the hook switch to initiate the transfer?

if i am not mistaken the alcatel 2412 is an analoge phone?

Did you set the flash timers to 120/60, in the 3300?
