Do you have access to ALU's technical communications? Read TC1938 - there are a couple of labels enabling and managing echo suppressor parameters.
Check your network first as echo is always a network problem. Beside that VoIP is usually point to point and does not need any media resourses on the telecom switch so a setting change there won't improve the quality.
Only Voip <> TDM calls can profit from the OXO settings.
