Alcatel Mobile 500 Echo

Used on an OXO system, the Alcatel mobile 500 DECT is giving echo, both ways.

The echo cancellation is ticked in the VOIP Properties of the OXO

Is there a setting somewhere either on the DECT Phone, DECT station or the OXO System
 
Which SW version?
Do you have access to ALU's technical communications? Read TC1938 - there are a couple of labels enabling and managing echo suppressor parameters.
 
Check your network first as echo is always a network problem. Beside that VoIP is usually point to point and does not need any media resourses on the telecom switch so a setting change there won't improve the quality.
Only Voip <> TDM calls can profit from the OXO settings.
