alcatel 510 config files

hello
i am ahving a problem with my alcatel 510v3 speed touch i aqm trying to setup port forwarding.

1. it doesn't hold the static ip setting if i reboot.
2. I can get it to work.

I have tried various ports ie 21 80 23 etc... and can not connect in. I have tested that i can on the lan. all i want is 21 and 80 forwarded. Does anyone have a manual on this config files so I can disable the web browser and manually setup the router.
