Hi Peeps,

I have this alarms that i have not been able to clear using alrei. For the NIU, i have checked the connections and all seems to be okay. I would appreciate any assitance.

It seems taht your SMDR/CDR system is off line.
The SMDR system loggs calls to/from the MD110, and put data for incomming and outgoing calls into a log file or database.
From the alarm logg, your system running on V24/RS232 on the the NIU port "002-1-62-03" in LIM=2 is faulty or off line.
Check your cabling and the data setup for this port 8N1 or 7E1.
