How to you clear the alarm for

You will need to know the PLID associated with the alarm, then...........

DTSTAT CLEAR X X X X, where X X X X is the PLID

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

DTSTAT CLEAR will clear a Digital Links alarm, but Trunks in alarm means there's currently trunks out of service. "SHOW FAULTS ALARMS" will tell you what PLID is causing the alarm and then go from there.
