Look at the alarms - STA-HISTA:SEARCH;

Possibly an overtemperature alarm - air comes in from the left and leaves on the right hand side.
If the left vent is blocked then the system will reload.

 
I would occasionally remove items from the top of a Mod 30 or 80 and need to remind customers the top needs to be unobstructed for airflow. Since there's no cooling fans having the airflow is essential.
