How do i configure getting alarm 2 or higher on my DECT-extension or cellphone?

Thanks TDAT, but "to attach external modem on the NIU board and analog extension connect to external modem" is not quit clear to me.

You mean: i connect an external modem (no matter type a.s.o.) to the NIU and an analoque extension to the modem?
But how will it work? What's the procedure to get the alarm on my dect/cellphone?

I use an analogue arx 28800 tf modem and a TSR 902 0240/7000 R1A cable.
