We would like to have an alarm ring through everyone's phones at a set time everyday.

It is to remind everyone in the company of a daily company huddle. I have gone through the Alarm Set and Clock Actions in VM pro, but they require user action.

Anybody have any ideas on how this can be done?

Thanks in advance.

Maby you can use a dailer that dails a shortcode every day at the same time.
Years ago i used it to dail a code to put a Siemens in Day/Night service with a code on time based.

Thanks a lot Peter

But if I use a dialer(i assume its an appln on a computer here) will it be synced to the same time on the phone system?

Any suggestions on any dialer programs?

it would cost $s, but how about IPOs conf. scheduler?

what i mean is a alarmdailer(modem) that is connected to a pot.
You program no alarmcalls only a testcall on a daily based programmed time but the number he calls is a shortcode.

But maby like Perv2 says you can do something with VM-Pro.

You could write a little program using the free TAPI and let this software dial a shortcode to a collective group with the feature "priority call" and schedule this software with the Windows scheduler.
Disadvantage is that if somebory answers the call all extensions will stop ringing.
