Alarm Settings - Greyed Out

Hi Guys,

Tryign to enable alarms for a set, however all the options are greyed out and it won't let me change them. BCM400 R4 fully patched.

Any thoughts ?

So you have System 030 and desktop 018 installed?. Yes very odd.
Can you create a new account and log in with that one.

Yep fully up to date, tried a new account too. No joy.

Tried rebooting and with 3 different managers. What gives ? ? ?
