Hello,
I have a problem with the HEART BEAT and SPONTANEUS PRINT OUT when the MODEM is conected to a NIU. The PBX make the automatic call when has an alarm and the remote MODEM pick up, but this MODEM never hand up the call.
Other problem is that sometimes the remote modem pick up the call, but nothing, there isn´t any information about the alarm, in other times is is OK.
