John gave me advice earlier on some alarm codes. In my investigation I checked the voltage readings on several cards and here is what i came up with. I have (3) QPC 82E 30 Conv(erter?) cards with a voltage reading of +8.4 and -24, I also have (3) QPC 82E 30 Conv cards with a voltage of +2.4 and -30.4. In addition I have (1) QPC 691A 5/12 conv 2 with the positive and negative voltage reversed. Finally (2) 48 volt reg cards have correct voltage differences. However the other (2) have the same voltage readings, +51 & -51, when they should have a 4 volt difference.

What course of action do i need to take? Thank you.

check the input side voltage to make sure it's regualted.. voltage reading over a 24 hour span need to be constant.. one that changes 10 percent or more can kill your converters.. the regulator side tend to fail, not the output side.. as in your case... another thing to check is the grounds... make SURE the isolated ground is isolated, that was the most common problem forever with that setup. and make sure the common (earth) is all common, ie to everything you can find in the switchroom that has a ground.. make sure no one has a microwave on any of your switchroom power... those can eat voltage regulators... anything with high emf/rmf etc is suspect
