where do you find this alarm code? I looked in:
- alarm event code manual
- installation guide
- handbook
what I am missing?

Exactly what i thought! Seems that certain alarm codes such as this one are restricted only to BT personal or there mates! This one in particular meaning that there is a fault with the synchronisation between the source and the PRI card. So im guessing that they dont want you to know that the system is saying that it may be there fault. If you happen to get a copy because i believe they are available, could you possibly send it to me?

Your Service provider will have a monster of a switch which distributes the PRI. So what they have is just a larger version of your MICS. So its possible because they both have clock cards and PRI cards that either one could be faulty thus causing the clock not to synch.

To be honest i have none of it! I tought my self by spending a long time playing around with switches and reading the odd administrative note on the Net. As much as you can zip would be really appreciated. It's impossible to memorise everything as i'm sure everyone can understand! Thanks Obobob
