Alarm Code 11202

I have a BCM50 that is showing Alarm Code 11202, Physical Memory Near or on its Capacity (multiple occurrences) over the last couple of months. It is followed by Alarm Code 11004, Physical Memory Recovered. When I check the BCM Monitor, it shows memory usage at about 53% (133 of 251). Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I can do to rectify this problem, or what the source of the problem could be?

What version of Bcm50? Patch it to the latest, there was a known issue about memory near or on its capacity.

Thanks. It is 3.0. I will get the latest patches applied.

BCM 400. Release 4.0. All patches installed. Customer is getting same error. However they ARE using 211 out of 249. Looked in Call Pilot and there are only 175 minutes of messages in mailboxes. Where else would there be information stored to cause this alarm?
