Typically support will tell you to ignore it unless it keeps happening. Otherwise I would assume you will have to hard restart the system, which isn't a big deal if you have a duplex system, but is a big deal if you have a single processor system, because if it's a larger system it can take 5 minutes or so to come back up to telephony.

Looks like the Unix is not running.
You can try from Comwin
STA-UW7;
and see if you can get logged on.
Or try the Assistant.

ACT-DSSM:A1,1;
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
RESTART;

Might get it working again.

thank you all

I will try to action these commmands

STA-UW7;

ACT-DSSM:A1,1;
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
RESTART;

tommorrow morning

thank you again

If it happened once I would ignore it. Does is happen at the same time every morning?

If the Assistant is running fine (you can browse to it/ping it), I would not worry.

This information message (it's information, not an error) is caused by act-dssm:a1,1,,,yes; to start the unixware, but I don't know why it would run at 4am. Is the time correct on the 4K? You will get that message even if UW is not shutdown, you just have to tell it to start.

Is there anything in reg-cron; ?

You could look in sta-logbk for around that time period. Maybe check scheduled backups but backups don't normally cause that message. I think it's DSSM.
