You sure this is showing on a BCM set? or MICs? On the MICS is meant that the T-1/ PRI was dropping.

The 'Alarm' 75 is normally seen on systems with a PRI trunk. It is an indication that there was a 'Frame Error' or 'Slip' on the PRI trunk.
If this Alarm is generated often, it can cause the PRI Trunk to go down. The Network condition needs to be checked

You can program the set as an alarm set. Doesnt have to be the main phone.
