Got a customer with a MICS and a T1, getting Alarm 73. Anyone know what this means. Thanks.

Alarm code: 73

Reset:
No
Description:
Timing has been lost on T1 or BRI. CSU is freerunning.
Action:

Pretty much retired from telecom and now grow and sell perennials from April-November and Ski from Nov-April

It means that the systems clocking is losing it's connection. In my experience, it's usually a fault on the line and needs the telco to sort it out.

All the best
