Alarm 37 BCM50 ver.1.0

I get "Alarm 37" on the operator phone. what does this mean and how to resovle this

In the EM under the Admin Tab on alarms it tells you what it means.

But....the description of this alarm say:
37 core Telephony-Failure to download market profile/protocol data from the Persistent Data Repository.
When we trying to install some updates files, the leds panel gets red ligth and get "Alarm 37" on principal phone.
