hi everyone...

I have a problem with a md110 bc10.
I have the following error(102 Power failure detected by dsu) But all phone, external lines and services work.

I tried to run a refxi,nothing!!!the alarm remains..

What can be?

Thanks

please post alarm log here ALLOP; with 102 - it is power card or ringer problem, but we need to see addinfo from ALLOP;

best parnum

check INF2 of the alarm, if it is 4 this means ring voltage is missing (which can be normal).

if you don't have analog extensions in the magazine stated by INF1 then you can remove the alarm by doing CNREC:LIM=1,reu=no; and then do CNREC:LIM=1,mag=x,reu=yes; for each magazine containing analog extension (thus needing ring voltage)
