Al thread coming through ceiling tiles

We have a ladder rack installed overhead in our server room. The ceiling tiles have holes everywhere that the all thread comes through. Has anyone seen a solution to covering these holes so it would look nicer?

Just go to Home Depot or Lowes and get replacement ceiling tiles. They aren't too expensive and that will look better than trying to patch the holes.
