AKYD for DT300 series phones 1

I have been gifted with some DTL-12-1 telephones, and am trying to program them via PCPRO on an SV-8500. What is the correct AKYD assignments?
I have programmed button 12 with the prime, but the rest do not seem to take the programming. x1234 programmed for button 5 but appears on button 7, and so forth. Any sugggestions?

Look at ADKS. LK=1 = keys top row 1-4, 1,9, bottom row 5-8,2,10
LK=2 or 3 = keys are 1-6 top row and 7-12 bottom. This is all dependent on what type of station cards and what ROM chip is on it.

Thanks, it looks like I can only use 16/24/32 button phones, I have managed to get 7 of 12 programmed under LKP of 1. That will work for my needs.
