AKYD Error

I'm trying to add a 3rd line apperance and I get the following error "IMG Multi Line or PS appearances on DTERM data invalidity (Package is not support) (Error 0x0249)"

Does anyone know what this error means?

I know there's nothing wrong with the extension because I've added it to other phones so I'm thinking it may be the Line Card.

Is your system a single stack? Is this line appearance programmed as a virtual TEC 18 Or 12?

Usually you get this error when you try and assign a line appearance from stack 2 to stack 1 and vice versa.

if you have a newer ELC card you can take the card out on SW10 change the first dip to ON and you can use it between stacks. you will have to do this on both the sending and receiving cards.
